Well, trying out Jessy's Pizza on Pleasant Street. This use to be my goto place when in Woodside area but had a bad experience and it's been over a year since my last order.
Walked in ordered two donairs and a donair burger, was told by the cashier should be about 5mins, and then after 5mins told 10-15mins by the cook (seeing how busy he was I doubted the 5 mins estimate anyways).
Well got the food home, the small donair was very average size (for its $6 price compared to other pizza joints in the area). The 2nd donair (their "Special") was incredibly large (pic attached) and could have easily fed two adults with left overs. Was a little disappointed with he Donair Burger, as it was not a burger at all but shaved meat a hamburger bun.
The meat's taste was good, not too spicy or hamburger like. You could tell it was carved of a meat spit and not shaved. Veggies were fresh and the sauce was also pretty good.
I really enjoyed my dinner and will definitely be back again. -

Pizza very inconsistent never k ow if it goi g to be raw or over cooked use to love there pizza the last year its been total shit

This evening when I called the Woodside pleasant street location, I went to order something I've ordered mutiple times and had delivered to my home literally up the hill mutiple times, I was rudely told that it had to be over 10.00 and that this order was not! I asked when this happened and was informed/educated that this is common practice everywhere I asked the person on phone to not be rude with me and before I could finish this sentence he began to yell at me. I would have simply changed my fries to a poutine if he has used a different tone with me, simple customer service goes a long way, so now you have lost my business, I will not be returning!

So we order once a week, when we have people over, orders are anywhere from 38 to 85 dollars.....
When I called Sunday evening, was told that " someone placed a fake order using your address, a couple weeks ago"....I have no idea wtf he was talking about....I said that we order every week, so I have no idea.
I placed my order, was not given an ETA.
Called an hour later, asked if we could find out how much longer for delivery.
Was told 10 , 15 mins MAX...
25 mins later
.....I called back. The guy on the phone started arguing that he told me at least an hour, and I said that well it has been 1hr 20.....he then gets indignant and yells " well when I said at least an hour, that means over an hour! !!"
This will be the LAST time we order from jessys.....not impressed with the attitude !!! -

Called this location for delivery tonight and they told me I'm outside of their area and to call the main street location. Fair enough. Called main street and the guy took my order and said he will be by later on, got a call about 30 mins later from the lady at the pleasant street location saying main street just called her and gave her my order so she decided to call me and tell me she still can't deliver to me. I appreciate the lady calling me but still pretty terrible service for the guy at main street to just hand over my order after I already told him that the woodside location told me to call him instead. So disorganized. I just called Anapolie Pizza instead and they delivered no problem, definitely won't be ordering from Jessy's again.
Should also add that when I called the main street location the first thing I asked was if they delivered to my address to which he replied "I guess so". Should've taken that as a red flag that nobody knows what they're doing.
